Milwaukee Art Museum Exhibition

Van Gogh to Pollock: Modern Rebels

Milwaukee Masterwork Tour Overview:

10:00 AM - We begin our day at the Milwaukee Art Museum (MAM) to visit its Van Gogh to Pollock: Modern Rebels exhibition.  These Masterworks are from the Albright-Knox Art Galley of Buffalo, New York. MAM Chief Curator, Brady Roberts will provide us with a fascinating overview of this exhibition and its unique works for the first 45-60 minutes.

Works by the biggest names in art from the late nineteenth century to now – including Marc Chagall, Salvador Dali, Edgar Degas, Frida Kahlo, Georgia O’Keefe, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol – bring focus to those artists whose creative spirit shaped the course of modern art.

To learn more about the Modern Rebels Exhibition, go the Milwaukee Art Museum webpage: http://mam.org/exhibitions/details/van-gogh-to-pollock.php
