Thomas David Petite (born May 30, 1956) is a Native American inventor with more than 100 patents pending. A member of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa tribe, Petite is a founder of the Native American Intellectual Property Enterprise Council, a non-profit organization helping Native American inventors and communities.
